The Wyvern Pub Review

The Wyvern: why go to the seaside for your ice cream?

A lovely welcoming pub with friendly, attentive staff, a fantastic menu of freshly prepared dishes, including seasonal daily specials and traditional Sunday Roasts.

For this month, I decided to be a bit more adventurous and book the gang somewhere i'd not been before! Luckily, the risk paid off and this charming little pub overlooking the small local airfield proved to be exceptable for all.
Although the menu choice is limited, it is obviously done to maintain the high quality of food and service.
from the main menu, the homemade chips/wedges maybe small in portion but dont let looks decieve you as they certainly help fill any rumbling tum.
SAs usual, my sweet tooth needed satisfaction and it was rewarded with a gift of multiple choice ice creams, scooped to mix and match, enabling any indecisive person to have a little bit of everything!
As we have been keen to alert our visitors to the site about the quality of the facilities, we feel it is a MUST to mention this venues outstanding offering for comfort after a big meal. Never before have we encountered such a variety of unsual cosmetic aids such as cotton buds!!

The ladies of the group have never felt so pampered in a pub!
